Just ask Ian Tester about Midland bank's internet system. It has a bank
specified userid of letters and numbers attached to a bank specified
password.
I've never understood how firms can screw up when all you have to do is to
find a competitor (in your industry) with a system that works and copy it
(hint, people can follow Amazon's purchase path so why do I have to learn a
new one everytime a buy something from another site).
On other stuff (not really worth a mail by itself). From Anonova's article
about Breathe (passed without comment and not mentioning bepaid.com). (Its
the last but one paragraph).

At the time, such a move would have valued the company at around 100
million. In August, subscriber levels passed the half a million mark, with
revenues of around 450 a month. (yes you are reading it correctly).
