Talking of tedious things no-one wants.

Will those individuals who have their mail client set to 'Ask for a
reply' when the recipient receives the mail please turn it off.

(I'm talking to YOU Paul Angeli).

Guaranteed way of getting somebody to ignore a mail methinks...
