Try a company called icis-lor - part of Reed   www.icislor.com


They are market leaders (Reuters are just resellers, I believe)  the LOR

stands for London Oil Reports - the ICIS bit is something about

petrochemical prices

Oil+Gas

news feeds and prices (Delayed and Live) content.


If they offer it in different languages thats even better.
