Subject: UKNM: Call Back Buttons

I was on a site the other day that had a 'call-back' button, which strikes me as an excellent idea. So many times I have wanted to call the company about an order or a service they offer, instead of waiting for a reply to my e-mail. Does anyone have any experience of using a call back button or know how it works?
