I have been to a site which uses this facitily - and it worked very efficiently.
Go to www.go-fly.co.uk (BA's cheap flight company) for an example.
Unfortunately I can't help you with how it works!

I was on a site the other day that had a 'call-back' button, which strikes me as
an excellent idea. So many times I have wanted to call the company about an
order or a service they offer, instead of waiting for a reply to my e-mail. Does
anyone have any experience of using a call back button or know how it works?
