Here's a free quote from Book II:
"A Domain Name
Well, this really isn't necessary - unless you think so. Not many people
find sites by typing a company name and then '.com' (unless, of course your
company is Coca-Cola). For the most part, domain names are only important
in terms of company image. If you're an international company with an
established name, then a domain name is a given. However, if you're a
plumber with one van, no one is going to blink an eyelid if your web site
address is http://www.ispname.com/joesplumbing/"
