I beg to differ. The lame option would have been to advise relative newbies
that they *definitely* needed a domain name.

I admit the problems with Yahoo, but then again Yahoo is an absolute joke.
The Open Directory Project will make Yahoo yesterday's news within 6 months
(if Yahoo don't buy it first).
