The situation I have is that I own the domain names
http://www.chopstix.co.uk/ and http://www.chopstix.net/ and I've building
Chopstix as a web brand for two years. The chap who owns
http://www.chopstix.com/ hasn't ever replied to any e-mails I've sent him
and I already know that some visitors head for his url by mistake and are
thrown by the vague "closed down" message on his holding page (that has
existed for two years).
The major problem comes should he finally do anything with the domain that
is similar to what Chopstix does.
All the best,
