Shouldn't we just drop this topic now.  We aren't going to solve the problem. 

Some of think speculative domain regtration companies are scum, but would 

find it hard to resist an offer of big bucks for a domain we had intended to 

use but won't, some of us think it's all fair play and genuine trademark 

owners are protected, some people have apparently been stupid launching an 

Internet brand like marbles without securing the domain, some have been 

ripped off  or dumped by poor clients and are trying to recoup some of their 

costs and some are trapped by having a .co.uk and want an unused .com etc but 

are watching it sit on a dead site. etc, etc, 


That's capitalism for you ...... orgainsed selfishness I believe someone 

called it.


Does anyone own the domain www.endlessarguments.com where all these replies 

can be posted?


No, I don't want to buy it. What's the betting it's registered by Monday?
