I couldn't agree more. I finally bought my New York flight ticket through
lastminute.com. I think it took around 20 minutes to achieve and required a
call to their helpdesk as the flights were not appearing in my shopping
basket. If I experience this after programming computers for 18 years, what
does a novice experience?
I'm sure Brent and his team are tackling these issues, but it seems a shame
that these problems haven't been sorted by now, given the huge marketing
campaign that is currently going on. I really do wonder how many people will
be turned off the net, or lastminute.com at the very least, through poor
usability.
All the best,
