I'm not sure this is true. Although I'd say UKNM generally gives a pretty
harsh critique of sites that launch, subscribers are more likely to wade
through forms that don't work and dodgy interfaces because they are
experience Internet users.
Jane Average surfer, who has just hooked up with the free ISP that came
installed on her machine, will high-tail it out of any site she visits,
which has a confused navigation/offer. Emperically speaking, I spent 3
hours on the phone this afternoon explaining to my father where to click
the mouse to type in a URL on IE, even the best ecommerce sites have still
got a way to go.
