I'd heartily agree, but in its most recent release the
owners have removed the option to buy an unlimited
license.

So if you have access to a *nix platform and sendmail
at work, try Mailman, which has basically the same
functionality and is also free software.

Lyris, despite the new license, beats all-comers on
Win NT platforms IMHO (it auto-holds bounces,
for example). Cheaper, though without the web interface
(though it's fairly trivial to get one written)
is DMail Server from http://netwinsite.com which comes
with a reasonable listserver out of the box.

<plug>We could probably write a few scripts for it,
too. Ahem.</plug>
