It is possible to embed a script into a Flash button that registers and
appends the click to a log file. This allows you can record click-throughs;
not sure about page impressions tho.

You can split your flash site up in to separate movies and drop each movie
into separate html pages. You loose some of the smooth transition between
pages that you get from flash but at least you can direct users to
individual urls and you stand a better chance of getting a good search
engine ranking. This is a bit of a compromise (form against function) but it
can be good for reducing the loading time of flash movies.
