One way is to look at your rivals and see what they are doing. If your
rivals are online and doing good business and you are off-line and not doing
it, then potentially, you are not realising all your key business
opportunties.

Good e-commerce should work 24/7, and if the business you are is in wants to
be able to process orders 24/7, then of course there are great opportunties
there.
