UKNM: Comments wanted - new media feature

Right then...


I'm writing a feature about new media for Internet Money:


* What it comprises (including integration between websites / promotion /

other services, etc.)

* Are agencies really worth the money?  (justify yourselves !!!)

* Whether to select a new media agency... or handle your requirements in-house


I'm looking to include the following case studies:

* leading new media agencies / the people behind them

* a company that has taken the in-house approach and failed nightmarishly

* a company   "     "      "      "    "     "          "         "
