Following on from this (I too went through the process from curiousity

about the mechanic), does it work?


In order to qualify, my nominated friends must register at the site - they

are then encouraged to enter in their own right, and enter 3 of their

friends for the process. Now, the site ain't there at the moment, so I

can't check, but I seem to remember that my friends are not allowed to

nominate me as a companion.


If I win, then I'm happy & I get to go. If one of my friends wins, THEN

THEY'RE NOT ALLOWED TO TAKE ME, EVEN THOUGH I INTRODUCED THEM TO THE COMP

IN THE FIRST PLACE! BASTARDS!


I look forward to the winner's account to the press about how their

marriage/relationship/family was riven in twain by the emotional fallout

of this - of course if I haven't read the small print right, then ignore

me.
