My understanding is that they make their money on a cut of the

transaction - so I could be selling the cheapest CDs, but if I have no

margin allocated for affliates I'm not going to figure in the

comparison. Thus, the cheapest product is the cheapest available from

a snapshot of suppliers with whom deals have been struck, rather than

the cheapest on the net.
