UKNM: Free ISPs and Loyalty Figures

I've been trying to work out how much loyalty there is to certain free

ISPs. Do people stick with ISPs because of the speed or because of the

portal? Or is reliability?


Has anyone done any research on this information? I would be interested to

know the outcome if anyone has.
