Most orgnaisation's web sites present themselves poorly to jobseekers -

they do not offer information that is relevant to their needs.  The

recruitment section on the Arcadia web site (www.principles.co.uk) goes

some way towards addressing this issue - as well as giving relevant

coroprate information they also have an interactive challenge which helps

jobseekers decide whether they are suited to working for Arcadia - but

there is still a long way to go.
