wouldn't dream of asking you too. I think you missed the point. We have a
site that is peripheral to our business and we are considering selling all
or
part of it without giving a big wadge of the cash to a 'financial adviser'.
The question is, Is it * financial advice * to invite people to invest in
your own business? Would mentioning that you are willing to accept
additional
shreholders on your site infringe the regulations.?
