Well, seeing as mikeatdigiserve [dot] com has bought the UK web industry for a
whopping $102.55 (see Stefan's last post), let's see if we can figure it...

Umm, say your average employee earns a small percentage of the (notional)
value of a company per annum, that means that a lucky webmonkey might get
something like 2.5%, which is $25.60 pa.

The UKP/$ exchange rate is 1.6, so that's about 16 quid a year or UKP1.33 a
month. Before tax.

So that's what, HTML @ 10p, javascript @ 18p, DHTML and Director/Shockwave
both at a generous 20p, Flash @ 20p, project management a shocking 24p and
client handling @ 21p...
