Just out of interest, do any of you differentiate between a .com that
has funded, one that is in the process of funding (ie. somewhere between
heads of agreement and money in bank) and one that is looking for funding?
I would have thought that ad agencies would be approached by a lot of
.coms in their pre-funded phase, trying to get an outline of a media
campaign to put in their business plan.
