PlayStation 2 mediocre software?????
Metal Gear Solid 2, Fifa 2001, Munch's Oddysee, WipeOut Fusion, The Word Is
Not Enough, F12000, Black & White, and Gran Turismo 2000 are mediocre???
These are some of the most eagerly awaited titles across all formats...
True, when PS2 was launched in Japan there was a scattering of titles -
Similiar to when the original PS was launched but programmers soon got to
grips with it. I'm sure the same will happen with PS2...
JB Writes:
Yes, MGS2 and GT2000 are the only interesting ones of the two and, from what
I've heard, GT2000 will just be GT2 with better graphics (yawn!). MGS2
promises much - but isn't even complete, can it deliver? Who knows - I'll
wait until I see it in action.
Fifa - Well marketed, but never the best footy games. Brand but not
substance.
Munch - may be good, may not, who knows? (on the PC too!)
Wipeout Fusion - Something new, please! Groundbreaking - in 1995.
TWINE - Over hype, under-deliver! There are many FPS's that are better.
F12000, Black & White - Get the PC versions
Basically, you are getting nothing new, just better graphics, too many
sequels and an improved framerate. I am going to wait and see what it really
delivers AFTER the hype.
[Apologies to all people expecting to read stuff about Internet Marketing
