Well you have to be a little careful on search engine optimisation
I did some research and created a rather neat script that promotes our
pages - and now we have quite a number top 5 linkings in google, aol and
others (including several number 1s in google that bring us good traffic)
Due to this we ended up number 7 for "holiday complaint" (google.com). We
must get about 2-3 visitors a day coming to our compalint procedure page!!!
