First of all thanks to Ranulf Flambard who sent over

the actual can of spam to us as promised on this list.

He's a man who keeps his word!  Now we're trying to find 

someone who's not a vegetarian to eat it.  (Any takers?)


Also thought you guys would like to know this 

fascinating fact I got from a friend who's just

gotten back from Hawaii.  They have a special kind

of Sushi there which is considered a delicacy.  At some posh 

restaurants you have to order the dish ahead so they are

sure they'll have it for you.  Ingredients:


- Ball of Sushi rice

- leaf of seaweed

- SPAM


True fact, NOT an urban legend.


Gotta love life sometimes!
