To who ever might be interested

The handling partnership has developed an e-product that will capture data
from web submissions into a central database. It is hosted with sufficient
band width to handle 40 concurrent submissions. Only cost 200 per form
set-up, 75 per month hosting and data capture is 75 per '000. (sliding
tariff based on volume)

It can handle free flow text fields, radio button or check box options
it allows you to ask 12 questions with upto 8 options (multiple or "tick one
- two - three only). It can be set to reject incomplete and invalid
submissions.

The development work is done and was specifically but not exclusively
designed for sharing on-line sales promotions applications with fulfilment
houses. However, its flexible enough to perform survey's and can be set up
in under an hour. All we need is a simple HTML page "wallpaper style", that
reflects your sites design theme, the question parameters and the return
URL.

Kind regards

Matt
