I'm not criticising the idea behind the campaign, which I agree is a fun
idea. The problems I highlighted are basic, but can have a huge impact on
the perception of a campaign by its target audience. You fundamentally
expect something like the nokia game, which has been promoted to death
across Europe, to set a good example.

Once again, having a cool idea is one thing, but if you cannot deliver on
the back of that idea, customer perception will most likely be negative.
