OK;


the roaming problem - they wanted to make sure that the winner in each

country was somebody from that country, so restricted it to local country

codes only (presumably also to make the networks happier) so people like me

are outside the system. They have assured me that they will look at making

this clearer in the future.  I may not like it, but at leat I now know why.


no responseto emails sent - they say they genuinely couldn't find my emails,

but were very apologetic about this.  since I have a forgiving nature and

feel that a sensible response and gracious apology are as worthy of comment

as a glaring error I felt it only fair to pass it on.


...and no, they haven't paid me to say this!
