	Are you suggesting this is done

	a) On behalf of disgruntled customers of the various electricity

supply companies now supplying electricity to London ?? or 

	b) on behalf of British Gas (or one of the other utilities) who are

now supplying electricity ??


	- now the latter could really get up someone's (LE's) nose!!?!

	- and I guess BG have enough of a sense of humour to pay a few

hundred over the odds to get it.
