Amanda

As I understand it the laws on copyright/trademark apply just the same
online as it does off.

Subject: UKNM: Legal implications on the web

I'm interested to find out what people know about the legal implications
of
infringement of copyright/trademarks etc on the web. I'm doing some
research and would welcome any pointers or info. Also what are people's
views on how the new human rights act is going to affect the use of the
internet at work - issues around misuse, infringement of privacy etc.

This is my first posting to the list - any help gratefully received!

Thanks
