Hi,
If your client is going to spend money on a present (unexpected customer
reward) why not get them to follow advice from Angus Jenkinson, (references:
author of Valuing Your Customers and of the IDM's Direct Marketing Guide
section on Retaining customers. Also runs
http://www.stepping-stones.org/page7.html) and make sure that it is seen by
those logistics managers as both an extension of your cient's product
(service?) and personal.
If this is a sensible suggestion then no-one can help you without knowing
what your client's product is or does.
Personally, I think it is better to save the time and money for developing
the proposition than to get something in front of a customer with no
relevance to your product or their business. It is like getting a free mug
with your petrol. It does nothing for the relationship but you take it.
I cringe when I think of the mistake I made in this vein... 'nuf said.
BTW (pace Mark) I like the mice. Can I have a denim one

Anybody got any brilliant ideas for Christmas presents?
Our client wants something a little different, not too off-the-wall but not
typical corporate, perhaps even useful for God's sake.
Audience likely to be middle/senior management in logistics companies.
Client's product is very high-tech and saves them all thousands.....
Budget �15 - qty 2000.
