It's really 2 worlds when it comes to transport / delivery isn't it.
While you newmeeeja types in London need someone to fetch your toys from
just
down the road for you and throw in free cookies us country bumpkins are
forced through lack of any transport infrastructure to drive 10 miles to buy
replacement green wellies. At the same time your roads are so conjested
that
traffic moves at an average of 12 mph (the same speed as it did in horse
drawn days) and the place is polluted by traffic fumes.
I'm only half joking when I suggest that motoring taxes might be frozen for
country bumpkins and doubled for you city types and the additional revenue
spent on subsidising urban delivery startups.
