There is probably about 500
The well-known and popular ones seem to be...
Maximiser from Multi-active (they have a really helpful UK partner whose
name I forgot) Good relatively inexpensive product. Easy to transfer
records from one database to another. It works!
Act! recently re-purchased by its creator
Responsys for email emphasis
Oracle and Sun for application service provider model
MS Outlook (hmmm)
Some rely on those vbs business card attachment things which I thought
seemed a good idea but nobody in UK seems to want to know about.
There are some fantastic products further up the scale eg Onyx, Quintus,
Applix etc
I did a big listing once if you are that interested.
