has a list of sites on DoubleClick...


http://www.doubleclick.net/uk/advertisers/ad_rates/

is the rates associated with the various categories & sites.


(you can also get to their global network list and rates)


Really, this is all you'll get (unless you ring DoubleClick posing as an ad

buyer) as a lot of ad buying is to do with negotiation.
