Events Management - any ideas?

Hi
I'm in the process of outsourcing our events activity. Has anyone got a
good referral - preferably from experience of the service rather than pos
WOM. It's not a massive account - 20 events per annum - yet the spend varies
3 hour workshops to 5 day residential and all sorts in between. I want full
online booking and reporting facilities as standard.
