I am presently working on a project to redesign our Internet banking service
and adding further functionality. When recently discussing feedback and
reviewing page layout, we talked about the positioning of buttons/navigation
bars. Our Head of IT came out with the remark ' You obviously didn't study
the Human Computer Interface', I did.
I won't say what I thought.
Can anyone on the list help with some useful sources of information of what
works best and are there any hard and fast rules?
