I used Sparklist for a website we ran with a daily mail out of around 10k to
180,000 subscribers - worked really well and they were very helpful.

Try http://www.mail-list.com - U.S. service, but I've used it for a year or
so and found it quick/easy to setup and at a low cost, about $500 p.a.

More importantly it's the easiest to manage which will keep your client
happy.
