How to Apply?

Who Can Apply?
- Any British-based digital company that complies with the EU definition of an SME
- Fewer than 250 employees
- Annual turnover ≤ 50 million euros
- Not more than 25% owned by company larger than SME
Don't fit the criteria?
If you are not awarded the TAP grant from UKTI, you can still exhibit in the UK Pavilion at eMetrics Washington and ad:tech Beijing. Any companies wishing to exhibit without the grant will be liable for the full package cost. For more details on this fionachinwag [dot] com (get in touch.)
What's the Deadline?
The deadline for applications for eMetrics Washington is 5pm on Friday, 28th August 2009. The deadline for applications for ad:tech Beijing is 5pm on Friday, 28th August 2009.
When will Successful Companies be Notified?
Once the applications have been received they will be assessed by UKTI and Chinwag. Successful and not successful companies will be notified by 30th August 2009 at the latest
Terms and Conditions
- UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) will, at its discretion, provide support for eligible businesses taking part in overseas exhibitions between 1st April 2008 and 31st March 2009.
- A central principle of this, and all UKTI grants, is that it should make something happen that would not happen otherwise.
- Each eligible business is entitled to exhibit with grant support on a total of six occasions counted from 1 April 2008.
- Accredited Trade Organizations (ATOs) will help those businesses approved for grant to participate effectively in an exhibition and International Trade Teams in UKTI’s regional network will also help these businesses, where appropriate.
- Participating businesses are expected to take up any offers of non-chargeable assistance made in this context.
