I recently formed Akeman Solutions that takes a fresh approach to providing business solutions based on cloud technology. Akeman believes that it is what you can do with technology that is important and not the underlying hardware and software. Akeman Solutions provide its customers with a complete end to end solution that solves all their business problems in a scalable and cost effective manner.
I was responsible for the London Underground Digital Advertising estate including software, network, escalator, corridor and cross track projection.
As a pioneer on digital signage and online systems, I went on to work with Tom Goddard, helping set up and build Digicom Out of Home Digital Media, the UK's premier independent media sales house for digital out of home. Digicom's first partner was Lord Alan Sugar's AMScreen and I was responsible for the internal software development of Selector, a flexible, fast planning and pricing tool and the end to end software platform it sat on.
I have been developing online software and websites since 1995.
