Cosmo Lush - Head Of Product Development, 4OD
Cosmo is Head of Product Management for 4OD, Channel 4’s TV and PC video on demand (VOD) service, in which capacity he is responsible for day-to-day management of the Channel’s VOD business. Cosmo has been with Channel 4 since December 2006, prior to which he was Head of Marketing Strategy at VOD provider Homechoice, now Tiscali TV.

Ben Lavender - Group Digital & Product Director, LOVEFiLM.com
Ben recently joined LOVEFiLM.com, Europe’s leading online DVD rental service and entertainment portal. His role is developing the product and digital service across Europe. Before that he was at the BBC where he pioneered the catch-up TV service iMP – launched as BBC iPlayer. iMP pre-empted SkyAnytime, 4OD and Five Download.

Paul Pod - Co-Founder, Tapeitofftheinternet (TIOTI)
Paul has over 10 years experience in visual design, information architecture and design strategy. He lives and works in central London and is co-founder of TIOTI (Tape It Off The Internet), a social media aggregator for TV scheduled for public launch in Summer 2007. His passion for exploring the future of TV and media is clear from a portfolio including Aggregator.tv, Nokia, the BBC, Orange and Vodafone. Prior to his work at TIOTI and Neuromantics, Paul held design positions at Poke, Razorfish, BT Research Labs and Xerox.

Alexander Cameron - Managing Director, Digital TX Limited
Alexander Cameron is a world-leading expert on IPTV and video on-demand services and technologies. His company, Digital TX Limited, are specialist digital media advisors to content owners, telecoms networks and financial communities. As well as offering educational programs, Digital TX build technology products and services, and broker digital content acquisition and distribution worldwide. Cameron’s articles are quoted as seminal references by some of the world's largest brands. His book IPTV/VoD: The Open 4th Platform will be released later in 2007.

Raghav Gupta - VP, International Partnerships, Brightcove (blog)
As VP of International Partnerships at internet TV service Brightcove, Raghav “Rags” Gupta works on content and distribution partnerships. Prior to Brightcove, Rags consulted on digital media strategy and fundraising to companies including including NPR, Giant Step and kSolo, and he currently works with digital startups and entrepreneurs in an advisory capacity. Rags served as COO of internet radio network Live365, building it into a top user-created radio destination with thousands of channels and millions of users. Prior to Live365, Rags was a strategy consultant at Mercer Management Consulting, working with Fortune 1000 clients in the insurance and publishing industries. He writes for Digital Music News and Digital Media Wire.

CHAIR: Colin Donald - Futurescape
Colin is a director at the research and creative company Futurescape, which has recently published the report Brand Marketing Via Video Social Networking Sites. Colin started the New Media department at Flextech Television (now Virgin Media) in the mid-Nineties, where he launched a series of award-winning Web sites to market Flextech's televison channels. He was previously at the business newsletter Financial Times: New Media Markets and on the editorial board of media consultancy Informed Sources, analysing broadband content, models for commerce via TV and interactive TV. His ActiveTV column in Broadcast magazine explained new media for the television industry.
