Description
Tech Mission London 2009 provides a dynamic environment for Northern Tech community (tech entrepreneurs, investors, deal makers and service providers) to engage with their counterparts from London. Key objectives of this mission are to build new relationships and partnerships, share knowledge and best practices, and explore investment opportunities. The Mission includes a 3-hour workshop and a Dragon's Lair, where 8 tech startups will pitch to 6 Dragons.
Workshop
14:00 to 17:00 - build new relationships and partnerships, share knowledge and best practices, and explore investment opportunities. The workshop will be restricted to northern and london based tech entrepreneurs, investors and deal makers with limited access to service providers. The programme will be amended to fit the requirements of the tech entrepreneurs, but likely to follow:
14:00 - 14:10 Introduction
14:10 - 14:30 Keynote speech
14:30 - 15:00 60s pitches by startups
15:00 - 17:00 Breakout Sessions (waiting confirmation) of three groups,
sharing knowledge, experience and best practices, each chaired by a
minimum of one Venture Capitalist and one Mentor (seasoned startup CEO)
Dragon's Lair III (DL)
The Dragon's Lair will take the same successful format as the two events held in Manchester, two sessions, each with 4 companies pitching to 3 Dragons

20:00 to 21:00 Session 2 - 4 company presentations
