The inuagural London Community Drinkup where we'll talk about communities and stuff (maybe someone will help us write engaging copy for communities and stuff).
Community is a pretty big deal right now - like a massive deal, close to 100 kilos of smack big deal - this is a meetup for people that work with communities whether you're a community manager or you try to peddle brands to kids on facebook or bebo - perhaps you're into UX or a programmer and you're designing the platforms around which communities exist online or perhaps you actually work with real life communities that aren't online.
If you fit any of the above then you might be interested in meeting like-minded people and chatting about various aspects of community over a beer or two.
