From March 1st 2011, digital advertising and marketing faces full
regulation. For the first time the UK Code of Non-broadcast Advertising,
Sales Promotion and Direct Marketing impacts on all marketing messages
communications - both on organisations’ own websites and on other
‘non-paid-for space’ online.
In this session, online specialists from leading UK Technology law firm, Kemp Little LLP will consider:
· what marketing communications are now regulated
· specific issues for online - social network pages, blogs, user content and articles
· the ASA’s sanctions and approach to using them
The session will consist of an interactive presentation, allowing
