Indie training provider Diversity in Visual Arts (DiVA) and LOVEFiLM are delighted to launch a call for applications to Marketing Movies Online Labs 2011, the latest phase of Marketing Movies Online, the highly rated programme of digital marketing support for creative businesses. The programme is delivered by Diversity in Visual Arts (DiVA) and MTM London, who today announce a call for applications.

 

Over the course of two days the Skillset funded programme will bring film companies with active projects face to face with leading digital marketing experts, who will deliver a series of practical master-classes, case studies and presentations, designed to provide participants with the skills and experience needed to develop an online marketing strategy in support of their own projects.

 

At the end of the two day period participants will have a week to prepare to pitch their digital marketing campaign to an industry panel.

 

The winning pitch will be awarded an online media and editorial campaign worth £20K from LOVEFiLM, which will include a combination of high profile positions such as a home page takeover and targeted display impressions.

 

The Marketing Movies Online Labs 2011 are sponsored by LOVEFiLM, Techlightenment, and receive support from the Skillset Film Skills Fund, supported by the National Lottery through the UK Film Council and the film industry through the Skills Investment Fund (SIF).
