Description

"Groovy in Action" author, and general Groovy Grails guru, Dierk Koenig returns to Skills Matter this September and asks are you tired of writing the same code over and over again, like getters, setters, equals, hashCode, toString, loggers, and else?

Groovy comes to the rescue with so-called AST-Transformations that write such methods in the bytecode, without putting it in the sourcecode. In this talk, Dierk will show you what Groovy provides per default and how you can write your own.
