Just in case you thought we had forgotten: we are pleased to announce the details of September's DevTank. Just to keep you on your toes, we're changing venues again - to TechHub (Just by Old Street roundabout). The important aspects are not changing though: great pizza, copious amounts of beer, and of course fantastic speakers. This month we have Neil Ryland talking about sales and Dirk-Willem van Gulik, Former Apache Software Foundation president, talk TBC.
Neil Ryland ( @nryland) – Director of EMEA Sales at Huddle. Neil’s background has always been in sales and he comes from a family of entrepreneurs. Starting his sales career selling local install and hosted data management technology for industry leader Capscan, Neil then moved to Huddle. Neil heads up the EMEA Sales team after returning in December from setting up the US Sales office in San Francisco. Neil will discuss the methods on selling technology into companies, the science of sales and bridging the gap between sales and development.
