Description
Google Analytics (GA) is a hugely powerful (and free!) tool that can provide powerful insights into online behaviour. However, the use of GA to drive and directly inform PR programmes has been limited to date.
This course aims to lift the lid on Google Analytics for PR professionals. It provides an introduction to data-driven PR, as well as practical, hands on insight into how to use Google Analytics to measure and prove the value of PR activity: both on and offline.
