Description

User Experience (UX) is critical to improving customer experience and engagement. It has become an integral element of brand strategy, intended to make websites and web applications easy to use, beneficial to users – and to achieve the brand's objectives.  If a user doesn’t have a positive experience, the chances are they won’t buy from you, come back, or recommend your business or your products to others.

Creative Director James Bloom (Tribal DDB, Ogilvy, SapientNitro), Laurence McCahill (Co-Founder, Spook Studios), Yasser Rashid (Senior Creative Director, BBC TV & iPlayer, Radio & Music) and Jon Darke (Director, Every Interaction),will discuss UX’s role in branding, UX for start-ups and how to get UX right.

The format is informal, but informative, including UX pitches, feedback, an expert panel debate and Q&A. Join us for Free pizza and beer, and networking with other professionals.

Who Should Attend?

UX professionals, web designers, developers, start-ups, marketers and those with a keen interest in learning more about UX.
