Description

As agencies grow teams get bigger, products get more sophisticated and projects become increasingly complex. There are more parts, more tools, more people, more projects and never enough training. We get by, but wonder if there isn't a better way.

This masterclass will imagine what perfect project delivery looks like while considering all the things that get in the way. Taking examples of good and bad practise from real agencies we will build a tool kit of practical steps you can take away to:

  • Structure your team for best performance
  • Plan and manage projects better for optimal results
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple projects
  • Encourage effective collaboration
  • Embed innovation and good creative practise

Whether you are working on one off campaigns or specific projects for retained clients, you will be learn how others approach the same problems you face and discover what you could do to improve your approach to project management. For those interested, an option to extend the workshop with 121 mentoring sessions is available.

Who should attend:

Account managers, technical leads and anyone who manages more than one project with multiple people with different skill sets for several clients.
