Description
IMPROVING REALITY 2012 hosted by Lighthouse. This half-day conference will playfully and critically look at how designers, artists and creators are using various technologies to shift our perception of reality. Speakers include WARREN ELLIS, LUKE JERRAM, USMAN HAQUE, ANAB JAIN, REBEKKA KILL, LEILA JOHNSTON & NELLY BEN HAYOUN.
Expect presentations of artworks inspired by science, speculative stories, radical designs, unlikely inventions, and a few surprises.
IMPROVING REALITY 2012 is followed by an evening panel session featuring some of the most prominent names in speculative fiction, including science-fiction legend, BRIAN ALDISS.
